We lived in Monroe County for 12 years.
We built a house there and across the drive was an elderly couple, named Clarence and Alma Luckadoo. They were great neighbors..one time Thomas disappeared and we looked everywhere for him. Clarence finally looked in his chicken coop and Thomas was in there asleep.
They always had candy for the kids or treats of some kind. Clarence was always willing to.help us with the garden. He would come over also just to play in the yard with the kids and our dog Benji.
